Greyfield Condominiums was introduced to Bill Olejarz
of Sunshine Realty Management Co. in late 1997.
He came to us highly recommended. We were in the
midst of a crisis at the time. The previous
Management Co. had fouled up our Accounts Receivable and
quit. In spite of the mess Bill came aboard
and took on the task of back-tracking all accounts.
Within a short period of time the accounts were up to
date; all monies owed was collected, much to the
satisfaction of all Owners.
Bill has also been very instrumental in repairs and
maintenance through his many contacts in the housing
industry. All the Tradesmen he has sent to us have
been high quality , professional and reasonable.

8 Housing for the New Bedford Housing Authority for
fifteen years, I was directly involved with Mr. Olejarz
on many occasions. He owned and managed properties
that were being subsidized on the Section 8 Program.

I have known Bill Olejarz for twenty two years.
I started a business relationship with him in 1976 and
his business was property management under the name of
Sunshine Realty. I worked for the Fairhaven
Savings Bank and Citizens Bank of MA for thirty nine
years retiring as Vice president on October 1, 1994 from
Citizens Bank.
One of my responsibilities at the bank was being in
charge of Collections and Real Estate in Foreclosure.
During the late seventies and early eighties we had as
many as forty to fifty properties in the Fall River, New
Bedford and Fairhaven areas that the bank owned.
Bill Olejarz was the only property management firm to
cover the properties that the bank owned and his duties
were to collect rent, inform the bank of needed repairs
and when needed evict tenants. Some three and six
family homes were required to have all tenants evicted
and to completely rehab the property and acquire new
tenants. Bill used very good judgment when
screening potential tenants and many times he was able
to acquire emergency assistance for those who were
behind on their rent through the Department of Welfare.
Bill was excellent contacts at the Fall River and New
Bedford housing authority and also South Shore Housing
that enabled him to secure higher rents on many of the
properties.
The bank had some fire losses and also some hurricane
damage and we let Bill handle the claims. In most
cases he hired public adjusters and the bank always
received larger settlements. I know that Bill has
taken the position of General Manager with Beacon
Property Management who is seeking to expand it's client
base with both institutional and privately held
properties. I would highly recommend Bill based
upon my past years of affiliation with him. He
meets people in a friendly manner and I always had
complete trust in the reports that he gave me. His
character and honesty are without question.
